Netflix, a global entertainment leader with 283 million subscribers, is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Traffic Engineering & Managed Fleets team. This role is crucial for scaling Netflix's cloud infrastructure, particularly for their expanding Live content initiatives. The position involves leading a team responsible for cloud scalability and resiliency, managing fleet allocation, and implementing traffic management techniques for various business domains including Live Events, Streaming, Games, and Ads.

The role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical excellence with people management. You'll be responsible for evolving Netflix's Cloud Scaling strategy while working across multiple teams.
