- Lead the Training Platform team within Machine Learning Platform org

- Build partnerships with senior engineering and data science leaders
- Prioritize projects and work closely with partners and customers
- Ensure internal customers have world-class user experience on ML Platform
Requirements For Engineering Manager, Training Platform, Machine Learning Platform
- Experience leading large-scale ML platform/infrastructure teams
- 10+ years of total experience and 3+ years of management experience
- Strategic & analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable managing a hybrid team across US geographies & time zones
- Experience with state-of-the-art recommendation model training
- Familiarity with Python and deep learning frameworks
