Netflix's Studio Production Engineering (SPE) is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Workstations Platform team. This role is crucial in delivering scalable workstation solutions supporting Visual Effects, Animation, Editorial, and Dailies across AWS and regional data centers. The position offers an opportunity to lead a diverse team of engineers while contributing to Netflix's $15 billion content creation ecosystem.

As Engineering Manager, you'll drive technical vision and strategy for the Workstations Platform team, focusing on developing more flexible and cost-effective solutions.
