  • Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the technology roadmap within Legal Operations & Technology team
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to drive product functionality improvements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee configuration, administration, and enhancement of legal operations processes
  • Lead high-priority strategic projects
  • Develop and maintain expertise in critical systems and workflows
  • Utilize data modeling techniques for reporting and decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between legal stakeholders and Product & Engineering teams
