Live Technical Launch Manager

This role combines technical expertise with operational leadership, managing the complete live video pipeline from broadcast production to global device delivery. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of Netflix's biggest live events.

Your responsibilities span three crucial phases: Pre-event: You'll align partners on technical requirements, lead readiness reviews, coordinate testing, and establish on-call rotations. During event: You'll command the Live Command Center, monitor health metrics, manage incident response, and ensure quality across all streaming elements. Post-event: You'll lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
