Responsibilities For Manager, Enterprise Security Technology - Service & Maintenance

  • Manage a team of contract technicians, application engineers, and coordinators for 24/7 security system maintenance
  • Understand hardware and software across different environments (offices, studios, theaters)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for remediation plans and coordination
  • Determine preventive maintenance plans
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage global billing
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Manage service level agreements (SLA)
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting playbooks
  • Monitor and maintain hardware inventory
  • Obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications
  • Create and publish metrics for up-time and ticket intake
  • Communicate program updates to team and stakeholders

Requirements For Manager, Enterprise Security Technology - Service & Maintenance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a multinational company
  • Familiarity with security technologies (Genetec, Envoy, Life Safety, Axis, Schlage, Von Duprin)
  • Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to manage full-time employees and vendors
  • Understanding of network architecture and information security principles
  • Entertainment and/or tech industry experience preferred
  • Comfortable with fast pace and constant change
  • DIY mentality and willingness to take educated risks
