Description For Security Engineer (L4) - Application and Infrastructure Security

Netflix's Security Engineering organization is seeking a Security Engineer (L4) to join their Application and Infrastructure Security (AIS) team. This role is crucial in ensuring Netflix can pragmatically address top security risks while maintaining business agility, velocity, and scale.

The AIS team applies deep security expertise to discover risk, develop security strategies, and execute critical initiatives across applications and infrastructure. As a Security Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with platform teams, working with various stakeholders including security engineers, software engineers, and product managers.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptable, capable of working well with people from different areas of expertise, and contributing to fostering a strong and inclusive security team. Your role will involve leveraging engineering skills and security knowledge to influence system architecture and risk management.
