  • Producing well-engineered, reliable, and maintainable code
  • Optimizing and debugging code and content across the game
  • Participating in code reviews and creating documentation and functional tests

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience shipping multiple AAA multiplayer games
  • Experience prototyping and shipping titles as a Physics Engineer
  • Deep experience with Unreal Engine Chaos Physics, Havok Physics, or NVidia PhysX
  • Experience with Vehicle Motion Models, Character movement physics, Ragdolls, Destruction, and replicated physics
  • Excellent technical foundations in C++, Optimization, Math, and Debugging
  • Exceptional communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine
  • Passion for playing, incubating, building, and shipping video games

Bonus skills include strong product/game design sense, understanding of lightweight production/team process, and experience working with early or unreleased game platforms.

Netflix offers comprehensive benefits, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, and more. The company values diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities to all candidates.
