The Ads Data Science and Engineering team is responsible for building advertising systems and integrations that power ad delivery using Netflix's world-class content delivery ecosystem. As one of the newest entrants in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space, the team aims to build unique value propositions and become a market leader.
As the Senior Manager of Data Engineering, you'll lead a team of talented engineers, developing and managing data systems that power Netflix's advertising solutions. You'll be responsible for building robust, scalable data pipelines and platforms while maintaining strong data privacy and security standards. The role involves close collaboration with Product, TPM, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional leaders to establish the vision for Data Engineering in Netflix Advertising.
The position offers a competitive compensation structure ranging from $480,000 to $1,200,000, with the flexibility to choose between salary and stock options annually.
