Requirements For Senior Manager, Product Design - Platform Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in design, with 5+ years in management roles
- Experience managing hybrid, remote, and diverse teams
- Deep understanding of design thinking and user-centered methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of platform engineering concepts
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of shipping impactful technical products
- Familiarity with design practices at intersection of UX and AI
- Experience mentoring senior and staff designers
