Senior Systems Engineer - DevOps (Active Directory)

Netflix is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - DevOps (Active Directory) to join their N-Tech Systems Engineering team. This role focuses on improving employee experience, collaboration, and productivity for global employees and support teams. The ideal candidate will develop tools and services supporting Netflix's Active Directory infrastructure, implement security policies, and work with Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing tools and services for Active Directory infrastructure
• Implementing security policies and access controls
• Establishing technical strategies for Microsoft Azure & Google Workspace products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design and implementation
• Maintaining and documenting team services
• Participating in on-call rotations

Qualifications:

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Google Workspace in an Enterprise Environment
• Strong background in scalable system design
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Javascript, or Go
• Knowledge of APIs for integration/ETL automation
• Ability to manage AWS infrastructure
• Understanding of SDLC and project management frameworks
• Experience with directory services and cloud identity providers
• Technical documentation skills
• Experience with CI/CD for code deployment
