Senior Technical Narrative Designer, Games Studio (Blue)

Netflix is seeking a highly-skilled Senior Technical Narrative Designer to help build a brand-new AAA multi-platform game. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver an innovative and narratively rich experience for one of Netflix's first generation of internally developed original games. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Creative Director on the narrative vision, drive cross-discipline efforts to spec, build, debug, and tune all narrative systems, develop narrative prototypes, implement content in Unreal/Blueprint, seek workflow improvements, and integrate narrative elements with gameplay mechanics. The role requires 5+ years of experience as a Technical Narrative Designer, expertise with Unreal Engine, significant programming ability, and experience shipping high-quality multiplayer games.
