Key responsibilities include building robust service monitoring and observability, reducing human effort through tooling and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and operating scalable infrastructure, analyzing distributed systems, and providing exceptional support for critical operations. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Javascript, or Node.js is required. Experience in security functions such as IAM, cryptographic key management, or DDOS attack analysis is a plus.
