The position requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of game development experience, combining technical expertise in multiple game engines (Unreal, Unity, Defold) with strategic leadership capabilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Netflix's gaming infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges, and providing executive-level technical guidance.

As a Software Engineer 6, you'll work on critical initiatives that impact the entire company, from internal studios to transmedia and external partnerships.
