Description For Software Engineer (L4), JS and Apps Operations

Netflix is seeking a Software Engineer (L4) for JS and Apps Operations to join their Platform Apps and Innovation team. This role is crucial for developing the Netflix app and core playback components for major SmartTV+ providers worldwide. The position focuses on operational excellence, both externally and internally, championing issue resolution and enhancing automation, tools, and processes. Key responsibilities include supporting internal teams with device firmware and app builds, managing partner platform app stores, investigating monitoring alerts, and continuously improving code and component fixes.
