Netflix, a global entertainment powerhouse with 283 million paid memberships, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (L5) for their Ads Delivery Management team. The role is part of the Ads Platform Engineering team, which builds advertising systems powering Netflix's new ad-supported tier launched in November 2022. The team focuses on delivery management and platform foundations, ensuring efficient campaign setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of advertiser campaigns.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on highly performant advertising systems in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space. The team aims to build unique value propositions to differentiate Netflix from competitors and achieve market leadership. The role requires expertise in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and cloud-based application development.
