Netflix, a global entertainment powerhouse with 283 million paid memberships across 190+ countries, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (L5) for their Tools, Integrations and Productivity (TIP) team. This role is central to enhancing Netflix's developer experience and engineering ecosystem.

The position focuses on building and maintaining tools and infrastructure that optimize developer productivity across Netflix's global engineering teams. You'll be responsible for developing sophisticated automated testing solutions and productivity tools that support Netflix's culture of experimentation, autonomy, and ownership.

As a Staff Engineer, you'll lead the development of build and test automation infrastructure, focusing on scalability and reliability. Your role involves creating innovative solutions to automate manual processes, working cross-functionally with various teams, and driving the adoption of software development best practices.
