You'll be working in a fully remote setting from Warsaw, Poland, with working hours from 12pm to 8pm local time to support both US/Canada and local Poland teams.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customer requests, troubleshooting complex issues, developing automation solutions, and maintaining support tools. The position requires proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot, along with strong knowledge of observability tools and backend data systems.
