Description For Solutions Support Engineer (L5) - Observability

Netflix's Engineering Support Organization is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer (L5) to join their Observability team. This role is crucial in empowering Productivity Engineering to scale customer support effectively. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading entertainment services, supporting their extensive developer community.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in observability, monitoring, and telemetry, with at least 3 years of professional experience. You'll be working in a fully remote setting from Warsaw, Poland, with working hours from 12pm to 8pm local time to support both US/Canada and local Poland teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customer requests, troubleshooting complex issues, developing automation solutions, and maintaining support tools. The position requires proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot, along with strong knowledge of observability tools and backend data systems.
