Description For Solutions Support Engineer (L5)

Netflix is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer (L5) to join their Engineering Support Organization in Warsaw, Poland. This role is crucial in empowering Productivity Engineering to scale customer support effectively. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in engineering support, with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, and backend systems.

The position involves working with Netflix's developer community, handling technical support requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving automation initiatives. You'll be working with technologies like Java and JavaScript, while focusing on improving support tools and documentation.

This is a hybrid role with working hours from 12pm to 8pm local time, supporting both US/Canada and Poland teams. The role offers an opportunity to work in Netflix's unique culture, where innovation and excellence are paramount. You'll be part of a team that focuses on improving developer productivity and maintaining high-quality support infrastructure.
