This role combines technical expertise in distributed systems, particularly Kafka, with customer service excellence. As part of the Engineering Support Organization, you'll be instrumental in enabling Infrastructure Engineering to scale their support operations effectively.

The position requires deep technical knowledge of data streaming concepts and platform infrastructure, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. You'll be responsible for handling complex technical support issues, developing automation solutions, and creating comprehensive documentation.   • 5 years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash or Go
  • Experience in Java/Spring
  • Experience developing data/ETL pipelines using Apache Spark or Flink and Kafka
  • SQL query writing and reading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
