- Drive large cross functional programs in collaboration with Engineering, Product and Data Science
- Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies with engineering partners
- Drive engagement with internal partners, decompose requirements into technical execution plans
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively manage risks
- Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements For Technical Program Manager 5 - Member Experiences Core Systems
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager or Software Engineer
- Systems design and architecture experience
- Ability to identify gaps in solutions and debate technical approaches
- Experience in coordination across many independent tracks of work
- Detail-oriented with strong risk identification and mitigation skills
- Must work during core Pacific Standard Time business hours
