Description For Technical Program Manager 6 - Games Social, Trust and Safety

Netflix is seeking a Technical Program Manager 6 for their Games Social, Trust and Safety team. This role is part of the games platform team and will drive the delivery of new Social capabilities while aligning with the Trust and Safety roadmap in Netflix's growing games portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technical program management experience, deep understanding of social platforms and experiences, and Trust and Safety platform capabilities. They will lead cross-functional programs, provide technical expertise, and drive engagement with internal partners. The role offers the opportunity to impact a key objective for Netflix games - moving members from awareness to active engagement. Responsibilities include leading multiple cross-functional programs, forming technical strategies, managing complex projects, and clear communication with stakeholders. The position is open to remote work within the US, with monthly travel to Netflix HQ as needed.
