Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service with 283 million paid memberships across 190+ countries, is seeking a UI Engineer for their Content Engineering team in Warsaw. This role is crucial in building products and services that power Netflix's content production workflow, from pitch to play, impacting how shows like "The Witcher", "The Crown" and "Stranger Things" are created globally.

The position offers an opportunity to work in Content Engineering, where you'll build tools managing billions of dollars worth of content-spend. You'll be developing enterprise applications using modern technologies like GraphQL, Node.js, and Electron frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for content production workflows.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, passionate about user experience, and experienced in media creative apps development. You'll work in a hybrid model, participating in product reviews, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to the on-call rotation. Responsibilities For UI Engineer (L4/L5) - Content Engineering

  • Work cross-functionally to build new services, tools, and data models to operationalize workflows at scale
  • Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight
  • Help scope, estimate, and prioritize between conflicting needs
  • Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve rapid application development
  • Regularly learn new systems and tools as the Netflix platform evolves
  • Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident reviews

Requirements For UI Engineer (L4/L5) - Content Engineering

  • Previous experience in the Media and Entertainment industry
