Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service with 283 million paid memberships across 190+ countries, is seeking an experienced UI Engineer to join their JS Platform organization. This role is part of a critical team championing UI application development at Netflix, focusing on the "UI Paved Road" initiative.

The position offers an opportunity to work on Netflix's internal design system (Hawkins Professional) and develop a new inner source platform for managing UI components. As part of the JavaScript Platform team, you'll be instrumental in empowering UI teams across Netflix, contributing to both immediate needs and long-term vision.

The role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring proficiency in frontend technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript and React, along with experience in building and maintaining UI component libraries. You'll work closely with System Designers and UI Engineers, creating scalable solutions for component discovery, publishing, and lifecycle management.
