Responsibilities For Senior Fullstack Developer with RoR / Tech Lead
- Developing and implementing high-quality application software
- Deep dive analysis and improving existing code base
- Leading technical discussions with partners and customers
- Understanding agile development methodology
- Applying design patterns and practices
- Participating in documentation and system testing
- Implementing code review processes
- Guiding and mentoring the project team
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Supporting/mentoring developers and other project members
- Participating in project scope estimation and execution
Requirements For Senior Fullstack Developer with RoR / Tech Lead
- 5+ years experience and advanced knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails development
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in designing secure APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
- Strong knowledge of React.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript and ES2015+
- Experience optimizing application performance
- Knowledge of DRY and S.O.L.I.D. code principles
- Experience with RWD and mobile-first approach
- Understanding of security principles
- Good knowledge of testing practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1+)
