We're seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team of 150 professionals from 30+ nationalities. Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues
  • Delivering daily support to employees and monitoring system functionality
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT onboarding sessions
  • Overseeing asset management, including device disposal and refreshing

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Kubernetes
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience managing Apple/Mac business environment
  • Experience of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF and Intune
