Responsibilities For Electronic Engineer

  • Work as a key part of the product development team
  • Design microprocessor-based systems including electronic hardware, software and analog/digital circuits
  • Collaborate with client companies' engineers and designers
  • Analyze product specifications and performance requirements
  • Prepare product layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics
  • Build prototype products or systems
  • Troubleshoot systems, hardware, and software
  • Compile and analyze operational, test, and research data
  • Perform testing and analyze test data
  • Write and execute design verification and validation tests
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Ensure product requirements are met and risks are mitigated

Requirements For Electronic Engineer

  • BS in Mechatronics or Electronics with 5+ years in PCB/PCBA design and manufacturing
  • IPC standard certification or training
  • Cross functional teamwork experience in technical environment
  • Ability to develop processes from specification to production
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive deliverables independently
  • Experience in developing innovative solutions
  • Understanding of DFM, medical device design control and product development process
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Project planning and organization abilities
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of data collection, analysis, and scientific method
