Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer in our Reston, VA office, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations, managing and optimizing our Linux-based infrastructure that powers our advertising platforms.

Our technology stack comprises a sophisticated demand-side platform (DSP) and supply-side platform (SSP), with the Nexxen Data Platform at its core. We're looking for a skilled Systems Engineer who can help maintain and enhance these critical systems while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Redis, Kafka, and various virtualization platforms. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance Linux-based systems, managing enterprise storage solutions, and ensuring our infrastructure meets the demanding needs of our global advertising platform.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of systems engineering experience with large-scale Linux environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible. You'll need to be comfortable working in a data center environment, managing physical servers, and handling networking equipment.
