Junior to Lead DevOps Engineer (K8S, CI/CD, Observability, English)

NFQ is seeking a Junior to Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team of 800+ professionals across Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Egypt. The role involves building infrastructure for products that serve millions of users, developing APIs/Integrations using PHP/JavaScript/Java stack, and managing the full lifecycle of customer projects using Agile methods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing infrastructure for products
• Developing cool applications and APIs/Integrations
• Managing customer projects using Agile methods
• Developing strong relationships with customers
• Acting as the primary point of contact
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Seeking solutions for improvement

Required skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of major Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Container Orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Solid experience with source control (Git, Gitflow)
• CI/CD process setup and maintenance (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitlabCI)
• Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Familiarity with logging systems (ELK/EFK, Graylog)
• Knowledge of error tracking and APM tracing tools
• Experience with service mesh technologies
• Database management skills (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Programming skills in at least one language (PHP, Python, Golang, Bash)
• Strong DevOps mindset and excellent teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English
