This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT Technical Support, Electronic Equipment Installation, Telecoms or Broadband Engineering, or similar fields. EPoS experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate should have a technical mindset, logical approach to troubleshooting, and excellent client-facing skills.
