The position involves daily travel to client sites, working on a 3-days-on, 3-days-off rotation, including weekends and bank holidays. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various technical equipment including EPoS systems, chip and pin devices, digital menu boards, and network infrastructure.
The company provides excellent support with a brand-new van equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, car play, and customized racking. Their new 20,000 sq ft HQ facility in Tipton serves as the central base for all operations, providing robust support to field engineers.
The role offers a salary of £27,057 per annum (including On-Call Supplement) and requires a Full UK Manual Driver's License. While experience in EPoS systems is preferred, the company provides comprehensive training for the right candidate with a technical background in IT Support, Electronic Equipment Installation, or similar fields.
