Based at their brand-new 20,000 sq ft HQ facility in Tipton, this role focuses on implementing IT and EPoS systems for clients in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
As a Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for system implementation, user training, and providing go-live support across multiple customer sites. This role requires extensive travel and occasional overnight stays, with the company providing accommodation and expense coverage. You'll work closely with third-party vendors and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring all documentation and processes are properly maintained.
The ideal candidate should possess EPOS experience, hospitality IT knowledge, and strong customer service skills. A full UK driving license is essential as a company vehicle will be provided.
