As a Senior Software/Lead Engineer, you'll work within an international group of teams spanning from India to Europe and the USA. You'll be guiding a diverse team of engineers, including DevOps, Data, Backend, and Front End specialists. We're seeking someone who can work independently, guide junior engineers, and is passionate about learning and adapting to new technologies.

Your responsibilities will include writing clean code with a focus on Test-Driven Development, participating in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting complex problems, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with various stakeholders. You'll also work with AWS infrastructure, implement DevOps and SecOps practices, and be part of a 24/7 support rotation.

We're looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in .NET Core, C#, and WPF, along with strong knowledge of AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. If you're fluent in English, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are committed to best practices in security, scalability, and performance, we'd love to hear from you!
