The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in data engineering and API development, including Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, and various programming languages such as Java, Go, NodeJS, or Python. Responsibilities For Platform Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using languages such as Java, Go, NodeJS, or Python
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Optimize API performance and scalability
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets
- Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring
- Develop and maintain ETL processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
- Contribute to the development of platform standards and best practices
Requirements For Platform Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend API development and data engineering
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Go, NodeJS, or Python
