Nielsen, a global measurement and data analytics company, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. You'll be working with a modern tech stack including AWS, Docker, Python, JavaScript, and React/Redux, building RESTful APIs and writing unit/integration tests.

Key responsibilities include deep involvement in product supplementation and automation, writing clean and well-tested code, and participating in architecture and documentation processes. You'll work in an Agile environment, utilizing your strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as you'll be interacting with colleagues from over 30 countries. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field is necessary.

  • Strong testing and debugging abilities

  • Experience working in an Agile environment (scrum, kanban)
  • Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment environments
  • Strong analytical skills and sense of technical creativity
