As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of the Technical Support Team, responsible for delivering services and technical solutions to meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day support of existing products, responding to client queries and reported incidents
- Meeting client SLAs and following SOPs to address production issues
- Participating in new projects and facilitating support for them
- Working flexible shifts, including night shifts
Required skills:
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- High proficiency with SQL and AWS S3
- Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Scala, Shell Script) is a plus
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) or DevOps is beneficial
Ideal candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in IT projects and client support
- Short experience as a developer or IT specialist is a plus
