Description For Support Engineer

Our global workforce captures audience engagement with content across all platforms. As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of the Technical Support Team, responsible for delivering services and technical solutions to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day support of existing products, responding to client queries and reported incidents
  • Meeting client SLAs and following SOPs to address production issues
  • Participating in new projects and facilitating support for them
  • Working flexible shifts, including night shifts

Required skills:

  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • High proficiency with SQL and AWS S3
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Scala, Shell Script) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) or DevOps is beneficial

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in IT projects and client support
  • Short experience as a developer or IT specialist is a plus
