Description For Director- Software Engineering

Nike is seeking a Director of Engineering for their Marketing Assets Platform to lead media asset management and delivery powering Nike's global consumer experiences. This role requires 12+ years of technology experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.

The position involves leading the strategy and development of Nike's Marketing Assets Platform, working closely with Marketing and Brand teams. Key responsibilities include managing asset storage, digital transformations, automation using GenAI, and asset publishing services.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software architecture, agile development, and experience building scalable platforms using microservice architecture. They should be skilled in modern technologies including Java, NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, and AWS cloud services.
