Senior Data Engineer(SSE)

Ninja Van, a leading Southeast Asian logistics technology company, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their engineering team. The company processes 250 million API requests and 3TB of data daily, delivering over 2 million parcels across 6 SEA markets through 2600+ hubs and stations. The role involves designing and maintaining critical data streaming, processing, and storage infrastructure. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Python, PySpark, Kafka, and various big data tools. The position requires expertise in distributed computing, database management, and stream processing systems.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be part of a lean team making direct impact on the company's success. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring both architectural decision-making and implementation skills. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, AWS, and various data processing tools.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience and strong computer science fundamentals. You'll need expert-level SQL knowledge and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
