Responsibilities For AEM Developer
- Build highly usable and performant web applications using Adobe AEM platform and related tools
- Determine and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Analyze complex business requirements
- Create technical specifications for complex platforms and applications
- Provide coding direction to less experienced staff
- Verify program logic using testing and debugging best practices
- Use Agile SCRUM model to deliver solutions
- Participate in, design and implement all aspects of code lifecycle
- Develop new documentation, doc standards, technical procedures, user guides, and operational workflows
Requirements For AEM Developer
- Minimum 8+ years programming experience building n-tier web applications
- Experience with AEM or similar CMS
- Advanced HTML, JavaScript, Java, OSGi, CSS, APIs, JSON data, Ajax, and XSL
- 3+ years working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, and frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS
- 3+ years experience in Java development for responsive and scalable web applications
- 3+ years of backend service layer development
- Well-versed with best practices for designing responsive web applications
- Familiar with UI testing, JavaScript, and Java unit testing
- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools, SVN, or similar source code management systems
- Experience with full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor lower-level programmer analysts
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, math, or statistics preferred
