AI Engineer (Latam)

As an AI Engineer at Nisum, your main mission will be to lead the design and construction of Artificial Intelligence algorithms from a technical perspective. These algorithms will be applied to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, as well as develop new operational and predictive capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing Artificial Intelligence algorithms (NLP and CV) and analytical assets focused on optimizing processes for the client's Computational Operations management.
• Mobilizing necessary bank areas for proper technical and business evaluation of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Providing technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence-related areas for the client's corporation.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience leading or participating in technology projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or similar.
• Experience using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLama2, etc.
• Experience with unstructured data such as texts and images.
• Conceptual and practical knowledge of frameworks, libraries, and methodologies applicable in the development of Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
• Conceptual knowledge of neural network architecture.
• Knowledge of Advanced Analytics to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of technological trends both locally and globally.

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge in AI
• Specific Python libraries for AI (Huggingface, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NumPy, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Databricks environment, focused on Python
• Intermediate English level (reading/writing) - Conversational English not required
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree
