Bigdata Engineer

Nisum, a leading global digital commerce firm, is seeking a Bigdata Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This mid-level position offers a hybrid work environment and requires at least 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions.

As a Bigdata Engineer at Nisum, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing complex systems and designing new products and services. Your responsibilities will include integrating new data sources, implementing scalable data replication strategies, and performing analysis on large datasets using Hadoop ecosystem components. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor other developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data tools supporting both operations and product use cases.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java, Spark, Scala, Python, and AWS Cloud technologies, with at least 3 years of experience in Hadoop/Spark technologies. You should have a strong background in data ingestion, transformation, and a solid understanding of secure application development methodologies. Experience with Airflow and automated QA for Big Data is preferred.
