This role focuses on creating and managing custom reports within the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, requiring both technical expertise and business acumen.

The position offers an attractive compensation range of $72-116/hr on W2, and provides the flexibility of remote work. As a BI Developer, you'll be instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable reports, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM system, strong SQL skills, and expertise in report writing tools. You'll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain reports, and provide end-user training. Your technical toolkit should include proficiency in data visualization tools, understanding of data warehousing concepts, and API integration knowledge.
