As a Java Developer at Nisum, you will be responsible for the creation, design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications. You'll work with technical and business team members to create excellent software, implement designs from the Application Architect, and ensure thorough unit and component testing. You'll also set and adhere to software coding and style guides, and perform code reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating applications for reliability, security, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance, and re-use
  • Providing technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation
  • Determining the best implementation to meet the Application Architect's design
  • Ensuring consistency with style standards and code quality

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 4 to 7 years of proven professional experience
  • Strong experience building applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Expertise in microservices design patterns
  • Experience with Oracle/SQL
  • Strong working experience with Message Query/Kafka
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferred)
