QA Engineer Team Lead - Performance Testing

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

   • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of quality engineers
   • Assign tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery
   • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching

2. Performance Testing & Analysis:

   • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans
   • Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
   • Define and track performance metrics and benchmarks

3. Automation & CI/CD Integration:

   • Build and maintain automated performance test scripts
   • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
   • Collaborate with DevOps to optimize testing workflows

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

   • Partner with product, development, and DevOps teams
   • Present test results and recommendations to stakeholders
   • Participate in Agile ceremonies

The ideal candidate must reside in Chile or Colombia, have advanced English skills, 8+ years of QA experience with a focus on performance testing and team leadership, proficiency in tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
