Responsibilities For Quality Automation Engineer
- Analyze and test software features
- Continuously re-evaluate test strategy
- Make framework choices and set directions on technology choices
- Define, implement, and execute functional, regression, and acceptance test strategies
- Perform test planning, test automation, test environment setup/teardown, exploratory and manual testing
- Define, create, and maintain test data
- Support and troubleshoot problems with existing applications
Requirements For Quality Automation Engineer
Java

Ruby
- Overall 6+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
- Experience in testing applications, services, and user interfaces
- Hands-on experience in test automation
- Effective at creating repeatable, maintainable, automated test suites
- Experience with open-source tools/language Java, JRuby, Selenium or equivalent
- Familiarity with defect management systems
- Experience with Java, JRuby, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL and NoSQL
- Well versed with validating RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
