The company seeks a Support Engineer for their Product Ops Team who will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving their service quality. This position combines technical support, operational excellence, and development work, requiring someone who can handle Level 2 support, investigate complex issues, and contribute to system improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in service support within a high-growth environment, along with technical expertise in various tools and technologies. They'll need to be comfortable with monitoring solutions and willing to learn or expand their knowledge in various technologies including Python, TypeScript, Golang, and cloud services.

Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Product Ops Team)

  • Provide Level 2 support and investigate issues reported by Customer Support or Product Teams
  • Research and resolve data issues related to investor account data or market securities
  • Monitor data import processes
  • Create and maintain internal tools to manage operational processes
  • Deliver bug fixes and code enhancements
  • Analyze incidents, problems, and trends
  • Create documentation and share knowledge
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders
  • Identify maintainability and scalability concerns

Requirements For Support Engineer (Product Ops Team)

  • 2+ years of experience supporting services in a high-growth business
  • Experience in working with monitoring solutions (Datadog or others)
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn SQL, Linux, AWS, Git, Python, TypeScript, Golang, NodeJS, PHP, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Team player who promotes collaboration, openness, and positivity
  • B2-level English skills
  • ITIL Certification or understanding of ITIL Service Framework (preferred)
