Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer
- Providing timely support to international suppliers through email and phone
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to platform and inventory management systems
- Addressing and resolving supplier queries
- Collaborating with sales, development, operations, and other internal teams
- Working with various integration points like APIs, FTP, SFTP, Google Sheets
Requirements For Application Support Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or related field
- Good understanding of SQL and ability to write and execute queries
- Experience in providing live support and handling international customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
