Model Based Systems Engineer BDP

Northstrat is seeking a highly motivated Model Based Systems Engineer for a critical role in acquiring and managing mission-critical data sets for military clients. This hybrid position combines on-site work with remote flexibility, focusing on threat hunting, data analytics, and Big Data Platform (BDP) operations. Key responsibilities include conducting threat hunt operations, performing data analytics, assisting customers with threat hunting, quality assurance on BDP data, evaluating new data feeds, supporting analytic requests, providing customer support, maintaining awareness of cyber threats, and supporting BDP demonstrations and training events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, proficiency in various query languages, Python experience, and familiarity with cloud environments and security tools.
