Senior DevOps Engineer W&E

Northstrat is seeking an experienced and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CI/CD Pipeline development and implementation. This role is part of a program producing Mission Management web applications for the Intelligence Community, leveraging cloud-based microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and build automated CI/CD pipelines for complex software products
• Maintain and develop automated software build processes using tools like GitLab, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Automate continuous integration, deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code integration across environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and automation issues
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Continuously improve and optimize infrastructure and automation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and developing CI/CD Pipelines
• 3+ years of DevSecOps experience
• 2+ years experience with CI tools like GitLab or Jenkins
• 2+ years integrating Security Scans (SAST and DAST) into CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with automated configuration processes and tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell)
• Strong skillset with DevOps Pipelines and standard CI/CD tools
• Active Top-Secret clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP)
