The role combines both research and engineering aspects of ML, making it ideal for someone passionate about owning the algorithm development process from conception to production. As a Machine Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing and deploying production ML algorithms, maintaining existing systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams on feature releases.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Python programming skills, real-world experience with production algorithms, and solid ML theory fundamentals. They should be able to approach problems scientifically and have experience with cloud infrastructure.

Nory offers an attractive benefits package including equity, comprehensive health insurance, generous vacation time, and professional development opportunities. The company strongly values diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

The role presents an exciting opportunity to join a company that's tackling real challenges in the hospitality industry, with a clear mission to help businesses improve profitability, sustainability, and working conditions.
