Novo, a rapidly growing series B fintech startup, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their mission of revolutionizing small business financial operations. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business strategy, focusing on building and improving the analytical architecture that drives decision-making across the organization.

The position offers an opportunity to work with modern technologies and architecture patterns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing full-stack analytics solutions, creating data models, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers Novo's business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in credit, growth, marketing, and banking to build data assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience in data-related roles, strong SQL skills (particularly with Snowflake), and experience with BI tools like Metabase. While not required, experience with modern data stack technologies (Fivetran/Snowflake/dbt/Heap) and Python proficiency are valuable assets. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $125,000 to $140,000.
